
Admissions Representative

Position Summary
The Admissions Representative is responsible for recruiting certificate and degree‑seeking students for their assigned group of programs at The Chicago School. The role oversees all phases of the admissions process, from initial contact through enrollment. Representatives may be assigned to a specific campus; presence at that location and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional domestic travel are required.
Principal Duties
Successfully recruit new students for assigned programs, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the admissions process.
Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to reach prospective students, adhering to established scripts and policies.
Respond promptly to all new student inquiries and maintain consistent communication with all assigned prospects.
Conduct telephone‑based, virtual, and in‑person consultations to qualify prospective students, explain available academic programs, advise on admission requirements, and ensure proper completion of admission paperwork.
Maintain the Salesforce database, documenting calls and activities and implementing a purposeful contact strategy.
Represent the university professionally at telephone, virtual, and in‑person meetings and events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Computer skills, including experience with customer relationship management systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous admissions experience is preferred, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits This opportunity is budgeted at $25.64–$28.21 base compensation. Additional compensation factors may impact total compensation.
