Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role based in Orlando, FL. The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for providing clients with tailored insurance solutions, assisting them in selecting appropriate coverage options. Daily tasks include conducting consultations to assess client needs, offering personalized policy recommendations, and managing ongoing client relationships to ensure exceptional service. The agent will also participate in training programs, maintain current industry knowledge, and drive sales growth through proactive strategies.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Insurance Sales and a deep understanding of Insurance products and policies
Experience in Insurance Brokerage and the ability to navigate financial discussions with clients
Strong Finance acumen to assess financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions
Exceptional Customer Service abilities to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
Must hold an active Life and Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets and goals
Previous experience in the life insurance industry is a plus
