The Property Administrator will support operations of a multi-property real estate portfolio, ensuring accurate invoicing, lease administration, and financial coordination across multiple assets.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in real estate administration, excels in high-volume invoicing, and is comfortable working across a diverse property portfolio.

Job Duties:

Manage and process invoicing for a multi-property portfolio, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper coding.

Assist with lease administration, including reviewing and interpreting lease terms, abstracts, and amendments.

Maintain organized and up-to-date property and tenant records

Coordinate with property managers, tenants, and vendors regarding billing, payments, and documentation.

Utilize Yardi (or equivalent property management software) for data entry, reporting, and invoice processing.

Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Ensure compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and internal controls.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

5+ years of experience in real estate, property administration, or a related role

Minimum 2+ years of experience handling invoicing for a multi-property portfolio (highly preferred)

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data and invoicing

Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines simultaneously

Strong organizational and time management skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
