Marketing Specialist

Company Description X Benefit Group is looking for a Marketing Specialist with experience in the insurance industry who knows how to turn strategy into execution and content into results. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable managing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in St. Charles, MO, for a Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals

Create engaging digital content for social media, website, and ads

Manage and update websites and landing pages

Track performance metrics

Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects on schedule

Create and format brochures and documentation

Qualifications

Experience in the insurance industry

Advanced skills in: Adobe Creative Suite, Wix, Capcut, Canva

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.

Experience with Monday.com CRM and Hubspot

Video editing or short-form content experience
