What You’ll Do As the Unit Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive engagement, elevate brand presence, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all marketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives for the unit
Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive activity to inform strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for new and existing dining concepts
Expand and enhance marketing platforms, campaigns, and communication channels
Manage multiple marketing projects and ensure timely, high‑quality execution
Track, measure, and report on marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics
Deliver marketing initiatives within established budgets
Create compelling marketing presentations for stakeholders and partners
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
At least 3 years of marketing experience
Confidence presenting to large groups and diverse audiences
Knowledge of merchandising, promotions, and brand activation
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
A creative mindset paired with strong analytical abilities
