Head of Influencer Marketing | REMOTE (Germany) | D2C | €90,000 We\'ve just taken on a brilliant EXCLUSIVE new brief at Brand Partners. One of Germany\'s fastest-growing D2C brands is looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing to take their creator programme to the next level. The company is on a serious growth trajectory, expanding across Europe, and Influencer Marketing is a core part of how they win. They need someone who can lead from the front, coach a team of Influencer Managers and build the kind of systems and frameworks that make a programme repeatable and scalable. As the Head of Influencer Marketing, you will be tasked with building and owning the company\'s global Influencer marketing strategy with a focus on creator growth, performance and long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for leading, scaling, coaching and developing a team of Influencer Managers. The team size will be between 5-10. This is a purely Performance driven role and so driving KPI and budget targets with a clear eye on ROI and efficiency is essential. Responsibilities

Lead and own the global Influencer Marketing strategy with a focus on creator growth, performance, and long-term partnerships. Build, scale and optimize programs to be repeatable and scalable across markets. Lead, coach and develop a team of Influencer Managers (team size 5–10). Set and drive KPI and budget targets with a clear focus on ROI and efficiency. Qualifications

5+ years of Influencer Marketing experience Strong D2C / Ecommerce background Proven record of performance-led growth Experience managing people / growing teams C1+ German speaking skills with fluent English Remote working possibility across Germany Benefits
