About the Role
We have a current opening for a Brand Manager, Legacy Biscuits and are actively reviewing applications. Following one of the most impressive launches in the cookies category (Nutella Biscuits and B-Ready) and with exciting expansion plans in place on these brands and more, there has never been a better time to join the Ferrero Group! We are looking for a dynamic and intellectually curious Brand Manager who can hit the ground running. The focus of this role is to help build and execute a disruptive vision for commanding leadership within the Premium Cookie/Biscuits category in the US and manage execution of innovation in the short and long term.
Main Responsibilities
In-depth market, competitive and brand analysis to assist in formulating innovation brand strategies within a fast-paced, premium consumer packaged goods category. Information will be presented monthly to Ferrero cookie category associated leadership
Work with Trade Marketing, Category Management, and sales teams to understand channel and customer-specific business results and develop actionable next steps for growth and improvement
Support day-to-day cross functional team relationships, building strong collaboration and a positive culture across the departments, as well as running point on project tracking and leading weekly and scheduled meetings
Prepare and present engaging, meaningful and persuasive presentations
Communications Planning and Execution
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints to drive cohesive and impactful messaging and trademark consistency in all communications
Support the SBM on volume forecasting, fiscal year budget planning/tracking and overall brand planning with interagency teams
Lead agency partners in creative development, asset development and execution of consumer and shopper activation
Participates in brand planning and overall communication planning with IAT
Sets and tracks KPIs, offering recommendations for optimization of plans/assets
Cross Functional Leadership and Self Management
Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Inter‑departmental engagement with Trade marketing, Category Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Production and Legal to assist in the planning and execution of new initiatives
Drive an integrated agency management, which includes creating strong collaboration across agencies as well as a positive culture. Specifically, work with agencies on all‑year‑round and tentpole program execution, ensuring deadlines are met and strategic measurement processes are in place. Interface regularly with creative, media, PR/social/influencer, shopper, e‑commerce agency partners to ensure successful executions both short and long term
Product Management
Support commercialization of product launches with key cross functional departments and work with internal design team and agency partners to prepare for launch
Assist in qualitative and quantitative market research – from briefing through to interpreting results and making recommendations of innovations
Work closely with Category Management and Trade Marketing to develop compelling sell‑in stories and toolkits to ensure customer acceptance of innovation
Manage financial documentation including vendor set up, PO requests, coordinate new vendor setup and purchase order requisitions, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Scope of Work (SOW) and Insertion Order (IO) with legal, finance and procurement teams
Partner with IRI, sales and omni teams and deliver assets and ensure new products are correctly set up for sales tracking and ecom prior to launch (imagery, nutritionals, UPCs, omni content, etc.)
About You
Bachelor’s degree preferably in business/economics/marketing, Master’s degree is a plus
4+ years of successful experience in FMCG brand management ideally in Food
Experience working with syndicated databases (i.e. IRI Circana, AC Nielsen) and analyzing data trends to story‑tell
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines
Possesses solid project management skills from planning stage to execution and final assessment to achieve brand objectives and goals
Well‑versed in business forecasting and budget management
Knowledge of key trade channels (Convenience, Food, Drug, Mass, Club, e‑Com)
P&L management and global marketing experience are a plus
Experience in digital marketing, content development and managing agencies is a plus
Experience working with global teams is a plus
The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strong analytical skills, attention to detail and project management. We are looking for someone who can work in a cross‑functional team to deliver innovation and work with agency partners to develop best‑in‑class branding communication.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
