About the Role This is a unique hybrid position combining marketing, social media management, patient experience, and office operations.
You will work closely with the physician to enhance our brand presence, optimize daily operations, and help drive practice growth.
This is a fully hands-on, patient-facing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in consultative selling, and takes full ownership of both the patient journey and the overall success of the business.
This role is ideal for a results-oriented, self-driven professional who takes initiative without direction and is motivated by both exceptional patient outcomes and measurable revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage Instagram content (posts, stories, reels)
Capture in-office photo and video content
Convert social media engagement into booked appointments
Coordinate with our marketing/website partner, Growth99
Optimize scheduling and daily workflow
Support patient communication and follow-up
Assist with promotions, events, and growth initiatives
Work closely with medical assistants.
Maintain a strong understanding of all services to effectively educate, guide, and convert patients
Experience with EMR, CRM, and POS systems is a plus; strong adaptability and comfort learning new systems is expected.
Qualifications
Self-starter with strong initiative and accountability
Creative with a refined aesthetic and attention to detail
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in long‑term growth within a small business
Preferred
Experience in aesthetics, wellness, and sales.
Social media/content creation experience (Instagram-focused)
Schedule and Compensation
Compensation: $30-$40 per hour, based on experience and performance
Opportunity for growth and increased earning potential based on results and contribution
Benefits may include paid time off (PTO) and retirement plan options (e.g., 401k), based on eligibility
30–35 hours per week
Saturday availability required
