
Sr Associate, Toy Marketing - HW Die-Cast

Responsibilities
Assist on the Die-Cast segments of the Hot Wheels team
Support the development of toy strategy by segment
Support the toy pricing architecture and competitive positioning
Assist in gathering consumer/play insights specific to toy usage and play patterns
Collaborate with Design/R&D to bring toys from concept to shelf
Support toy business performance (POS performance and SKU metrics revenue, margin, productivity)
Provide input to Brand Marketing on packaging, messaging, and feature storytelling
Qualifications
2+ years experience in brand marketing (on brand or agency side), franchise management/marketing, content marketing, or purpose-driven strategy/marketing
Project management skills with potential to manage complex product development timelines
Strong quantitative/analytical/financial skills (forecasting, pricing, SKU productivity and competitive analysis)
Financial acumen and experience with P&L management
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., design and manufacturing)
Excellent communication skills; adept at storytelling, presentations, and influencing team
