Overview Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, optimization and analysis of Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ digital marketing campaigns across all media channels. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, and data-driven decision-making to support broader marketing objectives and drive measurable growth for the business.

Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Support the development and implementation of multi-channel paid media campaigns (across Search, Social, Display, Video, Programmatic, etc.) to achieve key business goals.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage advertising campaign development (particularly lower funnel), including briefing, asset development, timeline management, creative feedback and trafficking.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution across platforms such as Google Campaign Manager, SA360, DV360, Meta, YouTube, and more.

Conduct audience segmentation, targeting, and creative testing to drive performance and inform future strategies.

Collaborate with creative, analytics, and brand marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging, media, and holistic KPI communication.

Assist with optimization and performance management; monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, conversions, etc.).

Collaborate on developing and implementing A/B and multivariate testing to inform media performance and strategy evolution.

Leverage automation tools and scripts to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Review monthly agency deliverables for accuracy and relevancy.

Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and document trends for stakeholders and leadership.

Develop regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership when pertinent.

Partner with data and analytics teams to track attribution, conversion paths, user behavior and creative impact.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnerships: Align media efforts with integrated marketing objectives (Brand, CRM, Web, In-house Creative, Analytics, etc.).

Support senior leadership initiatives (ad hoc reporting, performance deep dives, test & learn results, etc.).

Perform other job-related functions as needed.

Qualifications

Degree Type:

Bachelor’s Degree

Field(s) Of Study:

Marketing, Media, Advertising, Marketing Analytics, etc.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of advertising agency or related experience in advertising campaign strategy and digital performance.

Extensive knowledge of Paid Search (Google & Bing), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Programmatic DSPs, and more.

Experience working with creative teams to develop advertising campaigns.

Experience reviewing media plans & performance across Paid Social, Paid Search, Display (Programmatic & Direct), Video, Audio, and more.

Experience pulling reporting directly from media channels/platforms to measure campaign performance.

Experience analyzing website reporting and data-driven digital marketing tactics.

Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and campaign management platforms; Tableau experience is a plus.

Experience working with and developing customer journeys is a plus; prior advertising experience and Workfront experience are also a plus.
