Digital Sales Specialist (WhatsApp & E-commerce) – JD Fash (New York)
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Sales Specialist to join our team in the fashion wholesale industry. This role is focused on online sales through WhatsApp, social media, and web platforms.
This is NOT a customer service role — this is a SALES role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert leads through WhatsApp
Recommend products based on customer needs
Follow up consistently to close sales
Upload and manage products on the website
Create and post content (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp status)
Drive daily online sales performance
Compensation
$800/week
Growth opportunities based on performance
Requirements
Fast response time (critical for this role)
Strong sales mindset (closing > just responding)
Ability to handle multiple conversations at once
Proactive and results-oriented
Preferred Skills
Experience in online sales (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok)
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix, etc.)
Content creation (photos, videos, reels)
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
