Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and win new business across grocery chains, supermarkets, & retail

Develop and execute territory growth strategy across the eastern U.S.

Conduct consultative, value-based sales conversations focused on safety and ROI

Engage corporate-level decision makers within large, multi-site organizations

Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking

Collaborate with internal teams on solution positioning and customer needs

Travel (up to 40%) for customer meetings, demos, and relationship building

Ideal Candidate will have:

5+ years of B2B sales experience (capital equipment preferred)

Proven hunter mentality with a track record of new business development

Experience selling into one or more of the following: Retail grocery / supermarket chains

Self-starter with high energy and resilience
