Fundraising Brand Ambassador

At Global Field, we believe purpose-driven work should also lead to real career growth. As we expand our outreach initiatives throughout the Austin area, we’re looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Charity Brand Ambassadors.
In this role, you’ll represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at high-traffic retail locations and local community events. Your focus will be on raising awareness, connecting with the public, and helping drive support for meaningful causes. No prior experience is required — we offer full paid training and hands-on mentorship from day one.

What You’ll Do
Represent nonprofit partners in retail and event-based environments Engage directly with customers through face-to-face conversations Educate the public on charitable programs, missions, and impact Inspire support through donations, sign-ups, and community involvement Deliver positive, high-energy brand experiences Assist with event setup, promotional displays, and campaign execution Track daily outreach performance and engagement metrics Collaborate with your team to hit campaign and outreach goals Who We’re Looking For
