E-Commerce Advertising Specialist/Manager , you will own and execute the paid media strategy across key platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Google Ads. This role is highly analytical and performance-driven, with a strong focus on profitability, scalability, and long-term brand growth. You will work directly with brand owners to define goals, optimize campaigns, and drive both paid and organic growth across a portfolio of brands.

Position Responsibilities
Own and manage paid advertising across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Google Ads (DTC) Develop and execute full-funnel PPC strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth Optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics including ROAS, TACOS, CPC, CVR, and contribution margin Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for efficiency improvements Partner with brand owners to define goals, budgets, and growth strategies for each brand Manage and prioritize advertising efforts across multiple brands simultaneously Continuously test and iterate on campaign structure, creative, and targeting to improve performance Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance campaign efficiency, insights, and scalability Drive incremental organic growth through strategic paid media investments Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on ad assets and messaging Build reporting dashboards and provide clear, actionable insights to leadership Stay up-to-date with platform changes, new ad formats, AI advancements, and industry best practices Other duties as required General Requirements
Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of e-commerce performance metrics and profitability Experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (marketplaces and DTC) High level of comfort working with AI tools and incorporating them into day-to-day workflows Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in a test-and-learn environment with shifting priorities Comfortable making data-driven decisions and owning outcomes Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally Must be able to accept constructive feedback and continuously improve Passion for e-commerce, product, and brand building Must Have
2+ years of hands‑on PPC advertising experience (Amazon required; Walmart, Target, and Google Ads strongly preferred) Proven track record of managing and scaling profitable campaigns Strong understanding of key metrics such as ROAS, TACOS, ACoS, and contribution margin Experience with campaign structure, keyword strategy, bid optimization, and performance analysis Proficiency in Excel for data analysis Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Pacvue, or similar platforms Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience scaling emerging or early‑stage brands Nice to Have (Highly Preferred)
