The Role
This role exists to support and extend TrakMotive’s marketing efforts across North America by executing both digital and traditional initiatives that strengthen brand presence, customer engagement, and distributor relationships. The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in localizing, adapting, and implementing marketing programs that align with global brand strategy while ensuring effectiveness across regional markets. By bridging digital engagement with in-market execution, this position helps ensure consistent brand representation and supports the continued growth of TrakMotive. This role offers meaningful ownership, cross‑functional collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute to the expansion and integration of multiple brands across North America.
What You’ll Do
Execute digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, and web channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer connection across North America.
Develop, adapt, and publish digital content in both English and Spanish, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines while maintaining regional relevance and clarity.
Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, helping connect digital efforts with product launches, distributor programs, and broader business objectives.
Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, providing insights that help improve engagement, reach, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Assist in the development and production of traditional marketing materials, including print collateral, retail assets, promotional items, and sales support materials, and leading the transformation of assets into digital marketing pieces.
Coordinate and support trade shows, distributor events, and regional marketing activities, ensuring consistent and professional brand representation.
Partner with sales, operations, and product teams across North America to deliver marketing support that strengthens distributor relationships and supports regional growth.
Adapt and localize marketing assets for use across North American markets, ensuring content is culturally relevant and aligned with brand standards.
Manage relationships with regional vendors, agencies, and partners to support both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
Maintain, update & organize digital content, helping extend the reach and impact of traditional marketing initiatives through TrakMotive’s online presence.
Qualifications Must Haves
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or similar role.
Strong written, spoken, and understanding of English language.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
Nice to Haves
Bilingual in English & Spanish.
Experience in design tools (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva).
Automotive Aftermarket experience is a plus but not required.
B2B experience is preferred.
Physical Demands & Requirements Physical Effort: Occasional to frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Position involves a combination of stationary work and frequent movement throughout the facility and across multiple levels.
