
Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social media. This role is ideal for someone who loves ideating bold concepts, turning ideas into polished assets, and efficiently producing high-quality content across platforms. You’ll be responsible for helping shape monthly content strategies and bringing them to life through engaging static and video assets—accompanied by engaging with the brand's community and guiding clients on what is and isn’t working.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ideate, concept, and execute
monthly social media content plans
in collaboration with internal teams and/or clients
Stay current on
social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats , and proactively bring new ideas to the table
Uncover what is working and what is not for the accounts by analyzing data and compiling monthly/quarterly reports that guide the team and client on best next steps
Engage with the brand's community on a daily basis while also proactively engaging prospective customers on other pages
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and platform best practices while monitoring performance to ensure optimizations on approach and deliverables are continually happening
Manage timelines and priorities to deliver content consistently and on deadline
Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, copywriters, and account teams to bring ideas to life
Continuously test, learn, and iterate on content based on performance and audience engagement
What Success Looks Like
Consistently delivering engaging, on-brand content that performs well across platforms along with the ability to track performance and continually provide optimizations
Bringing fresh ideas and creative energy to monthly content planning
Producing high-quality assets efficiently and at scale
Being a go-to collaborator for all things social content
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred
2-4 years minimum of proven experience working directly in social media concepting and creating social content
Demonstrable experience in video editing to create a large volume of content
Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external partners
Must be able to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic, ever evolving space where technologies and methodologies of measurement change often and rapidly
Capability to work proactively under pressure, understand customer needs and build relationships
