Senior Marketing Specialist

Brady Corporation, Phoenix, AZ, United States

What We Need Our Phoenix office is seeking a high-impact Marketing Analyst to own and drive all marketing initiatives for the AB&R brand. The Marketing Analyst will create high-level quarterly plans while also executing the daily technical tasks required to hit revenue goals. The ideal candidate will possess the strategic agility to manage the entrepreneurial independence of a local brand while effectively utilizing Brady's international resources. This position will own the end-to-end marketing engine—driving brand recognition, B2B lead generation, and new client acquisition. This is an on-site role at our location in Phoenix, AZ.

What You'll Be Doing

Act as the primary brand steward, architect comprehensive marketing strategies with quarterly objectives and ensure AB&R’s unique IoT identity aligns with global corporate standards.

Create, edit, and publish all brand content, including web copy, social media, e-newsletters, press releases, and product videos.

Build and manage automated B2B campaigns using marketing automation tools and CRM workflows to nurture leads.

Identify and prioritize key growth verticals (e.g., Manufacturing, Warehousing, Healthcare) to ensure hyper-targeted messaging.

Establish and report on marketing KPIs, using data-driven insights to evaluate and pivot program effectiveness.

Manage a dedicated marketing budget, including the selection and oversight of specialized external agencies (SEO, PPC, or specialized PR) and optimize Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to scale your impact.

Collaborate with internal teams to produce sales enablement materials and track lead health within the ERP/CRM.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in an autonomous environment, where you were responsible for both strategy and execution.

Proven track record of managing MDF/Co-op marketing programs with technology partners.

Hands-on experience with image editing (Photoshop/Illustrator), WordPress, and video production.

Proficiency in CRM functionality, automated email platforms, basic HTML/CSS and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize high-ROI activities over administrative tasks.
