
Web Marketing Manager

We’re RingCentral, a leading provider of business cloud communications and contact center solutions. We’re looking for a Web Marketing Manager to drive the execution and day‑to‑day health of our marketing websites.
Job Duties
Own the web lifecycle from kickoff to analysis.
Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and tickets.
Build and manage timelines and project dependencies.
Audit every page for performance, accessibility, and brand standards.
Fix process bottlenecks using AI to increase team output.
Track and analyze launch data to link web projects to conversions.
Required Experience
5+ years leading major site migrations or platform rebuilds.
Expert at drafting precise requirements for engineering teams.
Deep knowledge of global WCAG compliance and privacy standards.
Managed projects from initial whiteboard to live production.
Experience in using UX and A/B testing to grow leads.
Desired Qualifications
Power user of Monday and Jira for road mapping and dependency tracking.
Proficient in using AI for rapid research and web data analysis.
Resourceful problem‑solver who thrives under launch pressure.
Translate Adobe/GA4 data into actionable stakeholder analysis and roadmap guidance.
