Assistant Manager, Influencer Marketing
As an
Assistant Manager, Influencer Marketing , you’ll lead the execution and orchestration of Sephora’s brand-dedicated influencer campaigns and strategic social-led content initiatives. The work you do will impact beauty, as you bring Sephora’s marketing and brand priorities to life through engaging influencer partnerships across digital channels.

What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end execution of sponsored influencer campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and alignment with brand priorities
Partner closely with Brand Marketing and agency teams to support campaign prioritization, brief handoffs, and monthly execution planning
Own campaign logistics including internal prioritization, brand brief submissions, invoice tracking, and reporting coordination
Support the development and implementation of campaign tools and processes (trackers, calendars, budgets, briefing docs) to improve workflow efficiency
Collaborate with the Social team to integrate influencer-created content across Sephora-owned channels and identify amplification opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and cross-functional teams
Support execution of Sephora-branded campaigns, strategic initiatives, and alumni programs from kickoff through reporting
Coordinate timelines, manage day‑to‑day communications, and support content review and approvals across stakeholders
Facilitate influencer product seeding, including comp requests, tracking, and shipment coordination
Align with cross‑functional partners on influencer strategy, assortment, and content expectations ahead of campaign launches
Stay current on social and influencer trends, contributing to brainstorms and identifying new opportunities
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or social marketing (beauty experience preferred)
Proven ability to manage sponsored influencer campaigns from briefing through execution and reporting
Experience working with agencies, including briefing and providing feedback
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across internal teams, agencies, and external partners
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly and think on your feet
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills and experience managing trackers and data
Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Google Docs, or Workfront is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Curiosity and passion for the ever‑evolving social and influencer landscape

What You’ll Get The annual base salary range for this position is $82,000.00 - $91,865.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non‑discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
