
Associate Marketing Operations Project Manager

About The Role
Two Ocean Education Partners is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Operations Project Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will serve as the global project management across our partner portfolio, providing the oversight and coordination structure that enables Project Coordinators to execute with clarity and confidence at the account level.
This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a foundation in project coordination or marketing operations who is ready to take on portfolio-level PM responsibility. You will work cross-functionally with Account Managers, Project Coordinators, creative teams, and client success partners to keep projects on track, quality standards high, and our college and university partners well-served.
Key Responsibilities Project Management
Lead the global project management across the partner portfolio, supporting Project Coordinators in managing account-level workflows while owning campaign setup, cross-partner visibility, kickoff structure, and milestone tracking.
Manage campaign kickoffs across partners, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and role alignment from the outset.
Monitor project health across the portfolio, identifying risks, surfacing blockers, and escalating issues before they impact delivery.
Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
Quality Assurance
Execute QA tests for marketing deployments, including emails, SMS, webpages, and digital ads.
Maintain and uphold QA standards across the portfolio, ensuring consistency and adherence to client specifications at the account level.
Partner with Project Coordinators and production teams to identify, document, and resolve quality issues.
Operations & Process
Build and maintain workflow documentation, SOPs, and status tracking in Monday.com and other internal tools.
Identify and support implementation of process improvements that strengthen consistency and efficiency across the portfolio.
Aggregate project updates across partners and contribute to dashboards and status communications for internal and leadership audiences.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or marketing operations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track work across multiple concurrent projects or accounts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and accountability.
Resourceful problem-solver who can work independently in ambiguous situations.
Preferred Skills
Experience with project management tools, like Monday.com.
Background in marketing, higher education, or client services.
Familiarity with digital marketing campaign types and workflows (email, SMS, web, digital ads).
Exposure to quality assurance processes for digital marketing deliverables.
