We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Marketing & Communications Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team. Day to Day
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager
Assist with social media content, graphics, and marketing campaigns
Maintain marketing materials, databases, and CRM reports
Support website updates and internal communications
Help coordinate events, trade shows, and webinars
Assist with customer requests and marketing documentation
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
1–2 years of marketing or related experience (internships accepted)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing
Positive attitude with ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
