
Digital Marketing Manager, Shared Services

Job Overview
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale and Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Shared-Services Marketing team. This role supports two premium properties in South Florida, working across digital marketing, social media, and public relations to generate revenue and strengthen brand presence.
About the Location Sophisticated style and energy in a celebrated vacation destination. The properties are located at a prime beachfront address in Fort Lauderdale with close proximity to shops, restaurants, marinas and entertainment.
Responsibilities
Oversee both hotels’ digital channels with proactive and creative approaches to all digital and electronic marketing platforms.
Design and implement innovative campaigns that increase awareness and support commercial goals, including direct channel mix growth.
Oversee and optimize online and offline presence of each hotel, including content and images on FS.com, Four Seasons App, Preferred Partner, Sales Resources, and partner or third‑party websites.
Manage online reputation, monitor sentiment, report to internal stakeholders, and lead community responses.
Support direct reports and agency partners with digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and display advertising.
Partner with operations to promote guest data capture, usage of the Four Seasons App, and online guest reviews.
Manage the Local Mailing List Manager and communication schedule for the audience.
Assist with writing briefs for digital campaigns, analyzing results, and reporting key learnings.
Conduct digital benchmarks regularly with key competitors locally, nationally, internationally, and within the luxury space to identify improvement opportunities.
Manage hotel and restaurant social media channels, curate engaging content that showcases Brand DNA, and increase audience size and engagement.
Execute community management across all social media platforms and ensure content performs well in Brand Clarity audit and monthly marketing scorecard.
Leverage social media channels to amplify key messages and support organic search through strategic communication.
Pitch, negotiate, and coordinate influencer visits, building briefs and ensuring brand alignment.
Utilize available programs (Social Native, Sprout, and other influencer platforms) to vet and integrate User Generated Content.
Work closely with each department to identify and produce social media content opportunities.
Monitor social media conversations relevant to the hotel, luxury travel industry, and local market.
Coordinate hotel participation in corporate global social media campaigns.
Execute digital strategies within the Restaurant & Bar Toolkit to maximize outlet exposure.
Align with Four Seasons Home Office, Convention & Visitors Bureau, and partner social media teams to maximize resort exposure.
Leverage online reporting tools (Adobe Analytics) to monitor and optimize activities against KPIs.
Provide monthly digital KPI, social media, and Revinate reports, supporting other marketing reports as assigned.
Leverage Google Travel Insights and Google Hotel Insights, reporting on opportunities.
Offer action plans for continuous improvement to the marketing scorecard with ROI mindset.
Participate in departmental PR and marketing meetings.
Assist in design of promotional materials, including print, digital, advertising assets, and collateral.
Help with production and coordination of photo and video shoots.
Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing and collaborate professionally with co‑workers and planning committees.
Act as a brand ambassador for Four Seasons and local hotel properties.
Qualifications
College education required.
3‑5 years of experience in a digital marketing capacity.
Prior experience in digital marketing, hospitality, and sales preferred.
Experience with social media platforms, consumer engagement, and digital awareness.
Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Photography and video skills with an eye for aesthetic.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Influencer relations experience.
Knowledge of InDesign and production methods in graphic arts and collateral.
Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects with respect to deadlines and priorities.
Ability to manage third‑party agencies, partners, and vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
