About the Role We're looking for a passionate and self-driven Catering Sales & Brand Ambassador to take our existing catering program to the next level. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves food, and has the drive to grow a business. You'll be the face of Mecatos Catering, responsible for expanding our client base, coordinating events, and delivering an outstanding experience — all while representing our brand with energy and authenticity.

This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable closing a corporate catering deal and ensuring events run seamlessly on-site.

We already have a strong foundation. Now we need the right person to take ownership, scale the operation, and eventually build a team around their success.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and develop new catering clients — corporates, event planners, schools, community organizations, and beyond

Present and sell Mecatos' catering menu and packages to potential clients

Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, proposals, booking, coordination, and follow-up

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from first conversation through event day

Coordinate closely with the kitchen and operations team to ensure flawless execution

Represent Mecatos at local networking events, markets, and community functions to build brand awareness

Develop and maintain an organized pipeline of leads and bookings

Provide feedback to leadership on client needs, market trends, and opportunities to scale the catering program

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in catering sales, food service, hospitality, or a related field

A true self-starter who can take ownership and drive results independently

Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

Comfortable wearing many hats — from sales calls to on-site event support

Knowledge of Food & Beverage or catering operations is a strong plus

Outgoing, energetic personality with a genuine passion for food and hospitality

Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is a plus (but not required)
