Core Responsibilities

Identify potential opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and drive the productivity agenda through promoting the usage of Continuous Improvement tools.

Lead CI breakthrough/strategical projects using Lean tools, as well as CI initiatives to improve processes, tools, and programs, and document lessons learned from CI projects and initiatives.

Coach and support site managers and lead professionals to implement CI tools to improve processes and/or tackle critical problems.

Perform the LCI assessment process and support areas assigned on the LCI assessment journey to achieve the target; support CI assessment governance process.

Arrange and conduct Continuous improvement tool training for the organization.

Implement shopfloor management principles through continuous improvement initiatives using various Lean methodologies and principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, etc.).

Support and participate in the implementation of global and local CI agenda, and activities supporting the business strategy.

Influence, coach, challenge and act as a sparring partner to manufacturing leaders and their support to adopt CI thinking practices and to demonstrate CI behaviours that drive desired results.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience with Lean/OPEX/CI tools and facilitation of workshops and improvement events.

Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.

Excellent competence in creative problem‑solving and leading improvement projects.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate and establish rapport with colleagues and managers across and outside the team.

Proven coaching technique, applicable from team members to managers.

Change agent with proven experience leading and coordinating new initiatives across different areas.

Ability to apply organisational change techniques to move the organisation into new working methods and new approaches.

Additional Requirements

Relocation will not be offered for this position.

This position will work onsite 5 days a week.

May require global travel.

Compensation The salary for this position has a range of $93,989.00 - $140,983.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organisational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
