Senior Marketing Coordinator

The senior marketing coordinator is responsible for the development and production of priority or high‑profile proposals, qualifications, and presentations. Additional duties include coordination of interviews, client events, award submittals, maintenance of collateral materials, advertisement development, and event planning.
Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for the strategic development and management of major‑high‑profile proposal responses and presentations in a deadline‑intensive environment
Directly oversees our targeted pursuits, joint venture (JV) pursuits, design/build (DB) pursuits, and/or joint venture design build (JV/D/B) pursuits
Contributes to marketing specific training efforts for marketing staff, including training on marketing databases, customer relationship management (CRM) administration, custom reports, policies and procedures, etc.
Develops industry award submittals as needed to further promote company achievements and gain additional industry recognition
Creates and develops company or market segment pieces
Creates and edits media/press releases
Creates and edits internal communications
Creates and edits internal marketing pieces (safety, training, etc.)
Manages the maintenance of marketing information—resumes, experience listings, AIA 305, and project descriptions
Develops a wide variety of material used in marketing/business development activity such as graphics, printed brochures and other publications, digital images, displays, etc.
Coordinates and oversees special events including open houses, groundbreaking, and topping out ceremonies
Supports the marketing needs of regional offices and projects
May provide support and coordination for client interviews by setting up and assisting throughout presentation
Monitors websites and publications in conjunction with Marketing Representatives and distributes Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for a go
o-go decision
Maintains an organized filing system for proposals, including databases
Coordinates follow-up on proposals as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (journalism, communications, etc.)
Generally requires 5-7 years of marketing experience or related fields (journalism, communications, etc.) with preference given to experience in the construction, engineering or architectural industries
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on Adobe InDesign
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM databases
Experienced in managing data and collecting information for content capture from multiple resources and loading into database
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple high‑priority initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Confidence working with executive leadership and big personalities while maintaining strong relationship‑building skills
Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
