Marketing Communications Intern

Objectives

Be an integral member of the Brand Communications team while collaborating cross‑functionally with Customer Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media, Internal Communications, and Sales teams.

Create compelling short‑form content for social media, email marketing, and internal communications that adheres to established brand voice and tone guidelines.

Support the development of customer‑facing content including stories, testimonials, and advocacy materials that highlight the value of the nCino platform.

Assist in the research, drafting, and execution of content and customer advocacy initiatives across channels, from ideation through final delivery.

Maintain organized content calendars, asset libraries, and project files to support team efficiency and streamline content production workflows.

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, editorial reviews, and cross‑functional team meetings to contribute fresh perspectives and learn industry best practices.

Perform proofreading and quality assurance checks to ensure grammatical accuracy, brand consistency, and platform‑specific formatting.

Develop foundational knowledge of nCino products, services, and target audiences through hands‑on content creation experience.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.

Strong grasp of grammar, spelling, and writing mechanics.

A portfolio or writing samples that demonstrate creativity and clarity.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Comfortable working across teams and with a variety of stakeholders.

Experience with using LLMs and other AI tools.

Desired Qualifications

Interest in brand storytelling, customer marketing, or communications.

Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media and email.

Experience with content creation in an academic, extracurricular, or professional setting.

Familiarity with brand voice and tone guidelines.

Base Salary Range $22.50 - $27.00
