Sales Process Management: Assist customers through the entire car‑buying process, from initial contact to closing the deal
Product Expertise: Stay informed about VW’s product line, features, and benefits, conveying your knowledge with enthusiasm and clarity
Achieve Sales Targets: Set and reach personal and team goals to drive the dealership’s success
Qualifications
Automotive Sales Experience Required: Minimum 1 year preferred
Customer‑Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships
Motivated and Goal‑Oriented: Self‑driven with a desire to succeed in a competitive environment
Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using dealership systems and technology to enhance customer experiences
