K2 is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our centralized Marketing "Center of Excellence" in a full‑time capacity out of our Orlando (Maitland), FL location.
Primary Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator for Brand Marketing plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our marketing initiatives. This individual assists the Director of Brand Marketing in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with K2's overall mission and objectives across all sites.
A significant portion of the role involves supporting the creation of engaging and on‑brand marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, website copy, and promotional items, while meticulously ensuring consistency in voice and visual identity.
In addition to content creation, the Coordinator helps manage brand marketing campaigns from inception to completion, tracking progress and ensuring all deadlines are met. Conducting market research and monitoring industry trends to identify new opportunities for brand enhancement and competitive positioning are also key responsibilities.
This role requires close collaboration with the Performance Marketing team, clinical staff, and other departments to ensure brand alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Furthermore, the Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and organizing the company's library of brand assets, assisting in the planning and execution of internal and external events, and helping to track the performance of brand marketing initiatives by compiling data and preparing reports. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of brand marketing principles and best practices. They must be self‑directed, demonstrating excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills, and be capable of working with minimal supervision. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as social media management platforms, basic design software, and content management systems, is necessary. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Fluent in Canva.
Meaningful internship experience in marketing, brand management, or a related area is highly desirable (ideal for recent college graduates).
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and campaign execution.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software.
