Inside Sales Customer Support Specialist (Manufacturing) – Garland, Texas. Manage high-volume customer communication via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses Process orders, purchase orders, and quotes while maintaining accuracy across systems Enter and track data within ERP and CRM systems, ensuring all activity is documented Coordinate production updates, order changes, and scheduling adjustments with internal teams Support invoicing, reporting, and documentation processes Resolve customer inquiries and issues while maintaining strong relationships Qualifications
Experience in customer service, administrative support, or inside sales within a fast‑paced environment Strong technical aptitude with experience using CRM and/or ERP systems Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with strong attention to detail Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a technical or manufacturing environment Compensation and Benefits
