Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Portfolio Operations Specialist Level 2 to join their team. As a Portfolio Operations Specialist Level 2, you will be part of the Portfolio Management Department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Manage and oversee functional areas of Portfolio Operations including capital allocation, budget governance, and capacity planning.
Lead activities related to operating budgets, capital budgets, and vendor performance governance.
Develop and support capacity/resource planning and business case estimating processes.
Participate in audits and ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data‑driven decision‑making and improve operational efficiency.
What's Needed?
3‑7 years of overall experience in portfolio or operational management roles.
Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget.
Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information across all levels of the organization.
Ability to participate in audits and support related activities confidently.
