About Your Role You’ll have early exposure to our founding team & will play a pivotal part in the early sales success of the business. We’re looking for someone with a ‘’punch above their weight’’ mentality and is excited by the opportunity to scale their career within the company as we grow to new heights. The sky is the limit.

What You Will Do From Day One As one of the first sales hires, you’ll be responsible for the following:

Implementing early sales processes & building upon our current sales playbook.

Scheduling new meetings with AEC companies in our initial target market.

Coordinating with inbound leads to set up demos and reach out to customers on free trials.

Prospecting and conducting market research to help the sales team strategize for future growth.

Qualifications

1-3 years in a proactive, outbound sales role in Apps/SaaS software. Construction, Property Management, or Real Estate Development industry experience is a plus.

Strong communication skills & have a demonstrated high volume work ethic.

Outside the box thinker always seeking to improve pipeline & conversion metrics.

Solid knowledge with apps and sales software – Hubspot experience is a plus.

No fear of failure or rejection. Isn’t afraid of picking up the phone/reaching out to strangers on a consistent basis.
