This role is responsible for delivering seamless live event launches on our service—executing merchandising strategies, enabling bespoke title positioning, and partnering cross‑functionally to create exceptional member experiences.
You Will
Lead end‑to‑end launch execution for live events, serving as the day‑to‑day owner of Product deliverables
Execute established merchandising strategies and title positioning plans
Partner closely with Production/Post, Creative, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure launch readiness
Communicate priorities, context, and trade‑offs to align stakeholders
Drive operational excellence through scalable workflows, tracking, and standards
Identify risks, blockers, and gaps; engage and resolve issues proactively
Act as the primary escalation point for launch and merchandising issues
Oversee event‑level workstreams, coordinating internal and external partners
Maintain clear Product & Title overviews, even as event needs evolve, including delivery plans and projections for scaling and promotion
Troubleshoot issues in real time and mobilize the right teams for resolution
Support on‑call coverage for live launches (including nights/weekends/holidays on a need basis)
Conduct post‑mortems and contribute to continuous improvement of live operations
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of experience in live event project/program management, operations in a similar fast‑paced and agile environment
Proven ability to drive process improvement and build scalable workflows
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and operate cross‑functionally
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑impact environments
Passion for live events and shaping the future of live experiences
An earnest and inclusive team player who will be a great steward of the Netflix culture

On‑call support required for live events
Occasional Los Angeles office presence to meet with key stakeholders and light travel
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top‑of‑market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $230,000.00 - $340,000.00.
