Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across manufacturing operations. Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Facilitate and lead cross-functional improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and realization of benefits. Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and techniques to all levels of the organization. Mentor and coach employees in problem-solving methodologies and CI principles. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the manufacturing facility. Recommended Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or Master Black Belt) 5+ years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives across cross-functional teams Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control, and problem-solving methodologies Demonstrated experience in project management, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management Bonus Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data analysis. Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci). Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Training Within Industry (TWI) programs. Job Titles That Should Apply
