Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across manufacturing operations. Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or Master Black Belt) 5+ years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives across cross-functional teams Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control, and problem-solving methodologies Demonstrated experience in project management, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management Bonus Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data analysis. Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci). Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Training Within Industry (TWI) programs. Job Titles That Should Apply
