Operations & Sales Manager (OSM) – Top Level
The Operations & Sales Manager (OSM) – Top Level is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and developing high‑performing teams. This role focuses on executing direct sales strategies, optimizing warehouse and inventory operations, and leading team development efforts across assigned markets. The OSM serves as a key leader in achieving revenue targets, improving operational efficiency, and building long‑term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities – Sales Leadership
Drive $9MM+ Sales Budget
Grow emerging brand products sales and customers
Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess performance and growth opportunities.
Ensure cold call activity meets individual and team goals.
Lead new business development initiatives converting cold call pipelines into active accounts.
Key Responsibilities – Operations Management
Ensure all required operational processes are adopted, followed, and improved.
Maintain ownership of SAP transfers, inventory control, and accuracy.
Ensure accountability across individuals and teams.
Lead operational training initiatives.
Oversee warehouse standards including inventory, maintenance, and installations.
Evaluate and test new equipment to ensure performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities – Team Development & Market Leadership
Conduct market visits approximately one week per month for training and operational oversight.
Visit customers regularly and conduct business reviews
Assess team capabilities and foster their development
Serve as primary point of reference for installations and equipment initiatives
Qualifications & Experience Requirements Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field required.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Professional Experience
5+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, operations management, or general management roles.
Demonstrated success managing multi‑million‑dollar revenue portfolios.
Proven experience with cold calling strategies, pipeline development, and conversion optimization.
Hands‑on experience managing inventory control, warehouse operations, and compliance.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams across sales, operations, and technical functions.
Experience supporting equipment installations and field operations preferred.
Regional or multi‑market leadership experience with regular travel required.
Technical & Leadership Skills
Working knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP systems.
Ability to evaluate and implement new equipment and operational technologies.
Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, and logistics standards.
Data‑driven decision making and KPI analysis capabilities.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams.
Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
Ability to balance short‑term execution with long‑term strategy.
Additional Requirements
Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
Valid driver’s license and ability to visit customer and warehouse sites.
High level of ownership, adaptability, and problem‑solving skills.
