As a Business Development Representative at Ellerbrock-Norris, you are the tip of the spear in driving new business.

This is a high-activity, outbound role focused on cold calling, outreach, and building pipeline. You won’t just be dialing—you’ll be introducing decision-makers to a better, more strategic approach to risk beyond traditional insurance.

What You’ll Do

Make high-volume outbound calls daily

Prospect through phone, email, and LinkedIn

Identify and engage decision-makers

Generate and qualify new business opportunities

Set meetings for Risk Advisors and sales leaders

Build and manage a consistent pipeline

Track activity and results in CRM tools

Continuously improve your messaging, approach, and results
