Job Responsibilities
Train new service representatives throughout the Region
Assist in coverage for understaffed centers throughout the region as needed
Train service representatives on policies, procedures, systems, and all other job duties
Assist understaffed locations by fulfilling the Service Representative position duties
Complete thorough and accurate location reviews and vehicle inspections
Assist in the development of processes and practices to improve regulatory compliance, safety, safe driving practices, efficiency, and all other center or employee needs
