About the Role Our Estimators work in the field on high‑end residential and commercial painting projects, building accurate, detailed takeoffs and writing clear proposals, and serving as a reassuring point of contact for clients and contractors.
Responsibilities
Work in the field on high‑end residential and commercial painting projects.
Build accurate, detailed takeoffs and write clear proposals.
Serve as a reassuring point of contact for clients and contractors.
Qualifications
You have experience estimating painting or construction work.
You know coatings, prep, substrates, and how to scope a job.
You are a clear communicator who builds trust quickly.
You are organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
You've worked with estimating tools like STACK or PEP Cloud (or you’re a quick learner).
You are based in or planning to move to Summit County.
Bonus: You ski, hike, ride, or just plain love the mountains.
