
Global Key Account Executive

RS Global Search Partners is currently partnering with a global multi billion euro turnover Fourth-Party Logistics provider (4PL), delivering fully integrated, technology-driven supply chain solutions to the global automotive industry. They orchestrate entire end-to-end networks: visibility, optimisation, multi-3PL coordination and cost reduction programmes.
Your Role You will be the trusted advisor and revenue driver for major German OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
Your Focus
Win new 4PL contracts with key targets including Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen Group (VW, Audi, Porsche, etc.) and their strategic supply partners
Grow existing accounts through expansion of scope, new lane implementations and value-added services
Develop long-term strategic partnerships at C-level and senior procurement/supply‑chain level
Create and execute ambitious account plans that deliver measurable business results (revenue, margin, customer satisfaction)
Act as the single point of escalation and relationship owner across all 4PL services
What You Bring
5–8+ years’ proven experience in Key Account Management / Strategic Sales within logistics, 4PL, 3PL or automotive supply chain
Established network and demonstrable success winning or growing business with German automotive OEMs (Mercedes‑Benz and/or Volkswagen experience is a strong advantage)
Deep understanding of automotive logistics challenges: JIT/JIS, global sourcing, sequencing, e‑mobility supply chains, and the shift to sustainable logistics
Fluent in German (native or C1+) and English — both written and spoken
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to translate complex 4PL solutions into clear business value
Hunter mentality combined with farmer excellence — you love closing new deals and nurturing multi‑million‑euro accounts
