Vehicle Purchasing Specialist
BMW of Tigard is looking for a Vehicle Purchasing Specialist to join their team. The Purchasing Specialist will work closely with the Used Car Manager in purchasing used vehicles from consumers.
Responsibilities
Cultivate purchases of used vehicles directly from customers.
Work all acquisition leads.
Document all data and communications in Dealer Socket (DS) and Automotive Mastermind (AMM).
Maintain contact with the customer.
Execute appraisals by utilizing vendor software and follow process prescribed by the GSM.
Provide written offers.
Maintain and improve customer relations with every interaction.
Qualifications
Used Car experience preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Compensation Total Target Compensation: Starting at $70,000 annually (this position is hourly + commission).
