Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Engineer based in Arlington, VA. The Sales Engineer will bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer needs, demonstrating product solutions, supporting sales initiatives, and delivering exceptional technical support. Core responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, providing tailored technology solutions, conducting product presentations, and collaborating with both technical teams and clients to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales Engineering and Sales, with a strong ability to identify customer needs and align them with technical solutions
Experience in Technical Support with troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills for effective client interaction and relationship building
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and clients
Experience in defense or technology industries and an understanding of AI or robotics is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Willingness to work onsite in Washington, DC
