We are seeking an experienced sales and customer service professional for our communities in San Diego. Duties
Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications, inputting information into computer systems. Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss the size and layout of rooms, available facilities such as swimming pool, proximity to shopping centers and freeways, services available, and terms of lease. Qualify prospective residents by verifying applications, lease documents, and related paperwork, updating records as necessary. Complete lease form or agreement, collect rental deposit and application fee. Introduce resident to apartment/property procedures. Promote positive, proactive resident relations, working to make the living experience the highest quality of the first and last impression. Qualifications
2 years of demonstrated sales and customer service experience (must). High school diploma or GED; or one- to three-month related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Effective listener and communicator with the ability to work well on a team. Ability to work weekends (must). Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $22.00–$26.00 per hour. Full-time employees working 30–40 hours per week are eligible for 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, vacation accrual, and sick time accrual in accordance with law.
