across IT, Life Sciences, Federal Services, and Skilled Trades. We know switching sales roles comes with risk. That’s why we offer a
6-month commission lock , so you can ramp with confidence while building momentum from day one. What You’ll Do
Build and grow strong client relationships Drive new business through outbound, networking, and referrals Understand hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions Own your pipeline, activity, and reporting through CRM/ATS tools Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver results Support onboarding, feedback loops, compliance, and client reporting Stay sharp on market trends and hiring demand Levels
Level I
Drive outbound activity and build pipeline from the ground up Set meetings and start building real sales momentum Develop strong fundamentals in staffing and client engagement Level II
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Run client meetings, present solutions, and close deals Manage accounts and consistently hit revenue targets Level III
Lead strategic and enterprise-level accounts Build territory strategies, pricing models, and forecasts Mentor others and help shape sales direction Compensation & Ramp

2+ years of experience in staffing sales or business development (level dependent) Competitive mindset and a strong drive to win Confident communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage pipeline and stay organized Experience with CRM/ATS tools and Microsoft Office Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment Why Join
