
Data Entry Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain construction documentation including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, contracts, and quality records. Ensure timely distribution, tracking, and version control of all project documents throughout the construction process. Coordinate document workflows between internal teams, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders. Maintain document control logs, registers, and schedules to support project tracking and reporting. Support project scheduling, project controls, and contract administration through accurate documentation management. Review incoming documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards and procedures. Monitor document status and follow up on outstanding RFIs, submittals, and approvals. Ensure compliance with document control procedures, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Utilize Aconex (Oracle) to upload, track, archive, and retrieve project documentation efficiently. Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college education preferred. Experience in an administrative role working with Excel. Experience Level

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Benefits
