Role Overview Assistant Property Manager – Class A Office High‑Rise | Manhattan
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing an institutional Class A Manhattan office tower
Support senior on‑site leadership for a high‑profile, tenant‑driven asset
Directly handle day‑to‑day operations, tenant coordination, and asset‑level reporting
Coordinate vendors and manage work orders
Prepare financial reports and budgeting support for the building
Perform general building operations and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks
Work closely with another Assistant Property Manager and the Property Manager to gain exposure to broader asset‑level responsibilities
Advance toward full property management responsibilities over time
