Representative

to expand our reach and strengthen our referral network across the Atlanta market. Position Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for building and maintaining strong referral relationships with healthcare providers, community partners, and local organizations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys networking, and is passionate about helping individuals access life-changing treatment. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals and health systems Develop and maintain referral relationships with detox and residential treatment centers Develop and maintain referral relationships with therapists, psychiatrists, and private practices Develop and maintain referral relationships with sober living and community organizations Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and outreach meetings Identify new business opportunities and partnership channels Educate referral sources on Edge Treatment’s services (PHP, IOP, OP) Track outreach efforts, referrals, and conversion metrics Collaborate with admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth client transitions Represent Edge Treatment at networking events, CEU events, and community functions Maintain a strong understanding of insurance relationships and payer dynamics Qualifications

2+ years of experience in business development, healthcare marketing, or behavioral health outreach preferred Strong understanding of substance use disorder Extensive working knowledge on all SUD treatment levels of care Existing relationships in the Atlanta behavioral health or medical community is a strong plus CCIT, CAC I, CAC II, or similar certification preferred Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet outreach goals Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally What We’re Looking For
