
Korean / English Bilingual Business Development -Remote (35936)

A global supplier of automotive components is seeking a motivated Korean / English bilingual Automotive Business Development Representative to join their office in the Atlanta, GA area. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
Identify new business development opportunities, and establish relationships with potential customers within the assigned sales territory
Manage existing accounts and procure new business from customers
Collaborate with design and manufacturing departments to ensure timely delivery of products
Create price quotations and negotiate price/costs with customers; act as a point of contact regarding quality issues and project status
Keep informed on market trends and prepare sales and cost forecast reports
Achieve sales goals and revenue targets with minimal supervision
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
Must be able to speak, read, and write in Korean at a business level
Minimum 3–5 years’ account management and business development experience in the automotive industry
Specific experience working with OEM / Big 3 automotive customers is a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication and collaboration ability in a multicultural environment
Organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Physical requirements: ability to intermittently sit, stand, walk; lift up to 25 pounds and with lift assist; climb stairs; handle or feel parts/equipment; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, bend; and use close/distance/color/depth/peripheral vision
