We are seeking a
Manufacturing Plant Director
to spearhead operations across two key facilities in
Carrollton, TX
and
Mebane, NC . This is a high-impact role where you will oversee end-to-end production, champion a culture of safety, and implement Lean methodologies to scale a rapidly growing business.
As the Manufacturing Plant Director, you will be the architectural lead for our Americas production footprint. You won’t just manage a plant; you’ll build a legacy of efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
Provide strategic leadership for production, maintenance, quality, and logistics across two sites.
Safety First:
Evangelize a world-class safety culture, ensuring 100% compliance with OSHA and environmental standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Utilize Lean and Six Sigma to eliminate waste and optimize capacity planning.
Financial Stewardship:
Own the P&L. Develop and manage budgets, labor costs, and CAPEX initiatives.
People Leadership:
Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of managers, fostering an environment of accountability and professional growth.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Experience:
10+ years in progressive manufacturing, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership/Director-level role.
Lean Expert:
You have a proven track record of implementing Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement programs that yielded measurable results.
Strategist:
You can move seamlessly between high-level financial forecasting and on-the-floor problem-solving.
Communicator:
You are as comfortable presenting to the C-suite as you are engaging with the production team.
