
Enterprise Business Web Strategy Senior Manager

The Opportunity
As Sr. Manager of Enterprise Business Web Strategy, you will support the development, execution, and optimization of web strategies that align to Adobe’s business objectives across our business.adobe.com (BACOM) digital presence. You will help gather, define, communicate, and support the coordination of enterprise marketing web requirements and how they are activated across web refreshes, navigation elements, information architecture, and engagement capabilities (forms, search, etc.). You will collaborate directly with the Adobe.com Web Marketing team to implement, test, and improve these strategies.
We need a strong individual contributor who excels in execution, cross‑team collaboration, and translating requirements into actionable workstreams.
What You’ll Do
Work across the business to support the execution of enterprise objectives for the website, using insights from opportunity assessments, competitive analyses, and performance data.
Collaborate with teams across Enterprise Marketing to identify and distill marketing and campaign objectives into specific web requirements.
Support teams across the enterprise through coordination that promotes timely delivery of web projects and campaigns.
Partner with content strategy teams to ensure the website’s content is user‑centric, optimized for SEO/GEO, and provides meaningful value to users.
Work closely with creative and UX teams to deliver web pages optimized for user experience, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
Advocate for standards in UI/UX, ensuring the website is intuitive, efficient, and easy to navigate.
Apply user insights, journeys, and persona research to understand Adobe’s Enterprise business and identify customer needs for exploration, learning, engagement, and community.
Partner with data analysts and the Web team to enhance customer‑level measurement and drive BACOM site performance, engagement, and business impact.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Demonstrated experience in web strategy, web development or digital marketing in a high‑tech environment.
Skills related to web marketing, SEO/GEO, web UX/UI, content management systems, and project management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to prioritize and support decision‑making in uncertain situations.
Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Motivated self‑starter who builds energy and clarity while holding empathy for the end user experience and colleague community.
Experience communicating with senior leaders, tailoring messaging appropriately.
