The Marketing Strategist will spearhead the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns for a specific business vertical. The ideal candidate is a data‑driven professional with a proven track record of creating innovative strategies that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with VITAS Healthcare Corporation’s policies, procedures, guidelines, contractual commitments, and governmental regulations.
Responsibilities
Supports their assigned business vertical.
Leads the charge in campaign management, from conceptualization and execution to continuous monitoring and optimization, aiming for superior performance and ROI.
Hands‑on project lead that makes data‑driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Uses data and creativity to produce exceptional marketing strategies that drive growth and brand consistency.
Generates innovative tactics to promote business vertical services.
Establishes marketing KPIs; tracks, analyzes and reports results.
Ensures marketing campaigns align with the VITAS brand.
Has a strong understanding of the customer’s journey.
Develops marketing strategies partnering with cross‑business units.
Develops and implements comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with VITAS brand guidelines and business objectives.
Oversees campaign execution, monitoring performance metrics, and making data‑driven adjustments to optimize ROI.
Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
Stays up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Develops and manages all campaign efforts and budgets for audiences.
Provides reporting on the team's strategies and their performance while constantly looking for new approaches and innovation.

Experience
5+ years of experience in a related marketing role.
Excellent collaborator with external teams, excelling at problem solving to grow audiences, and strong drive for results.
Strategic thinker with strong project management skills.
Proven track record of successful campaign management, employee experience, change management, and ability to formulate new programs.
Deep understanding of marketing best practices and ability to craft impactful, multi‑tiered marketing strategies.
Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short‑term needs with long‑term strategic initiatives.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; experience interacting with senior leadership.
Strong collaborator and project manager.
Adept at working in a cross‑functional organization with demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams across the organization.
Exhibits a strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently, attentiveness to detail, and prioritization in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong analytical skills: ability to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data.
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
Strong executive communications experience supporting corporate functions within a healthcare organization.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field from an accredited college or university.
