Route Service Representative
Job Description: Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Key Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Qualifications
Active driver’s license.
At least 21 years of age.
DOT medical certification.
Documentation of previous employment.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent military service.
Strong customer service orientation and self‑motivation.
Team‑oriented spirit, positive attitude, ambition, and organization skills.
Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, consisting of base salary plus earned commissions.
